This policy brief reviews latest changes introduced in the legislation regulating ownership of agricultural land in Georgia. It specifically looks into the new tool – investment plan – introduced by legislators to regulate foreign ownership of agricultural land and discusses whether regulations on an investment plan allow interested public to participate in the process of making such decisions.
